Privacy Policy

Last updated July 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Pcnaid Inc. (“Pcnaid”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information in connection with Pcnaid Legal Hub (the “Service”). It covers information about the firms and users who administer the Service (our “customers”) and visitors to this website. For personal data that a firm processes about its own clients within the Service, the firm is the controller and Pcnaid acts as a processor under our Data Processing terms.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — name, work email, phone, firm name, and role, provided when you sign up or are invited.
  • Billing information — subscription plan and billing status. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we receive transaction metadata, not full card numbers.
  • Customer content — matters, documents, client records, messages, and other data you place in the Service. We process this on your instructions to provide the Service.
  • Usage and device data — log data, request identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, and product-analytics events used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Communications — messages you send us, such as support or demo requests.

2. How we use information

  • to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
  • to authenticate users and enforce tenant isolation;
  • to process subscriptions and payments;
  • to provide support and respond to your requests;
  • to monitor performance and errors, prevent abuse, and protect the Service;
  • to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the content you place in the Service to train third-party AI models.

3. AI processing

When you use the AI assistant, relevant content from your workspace is sent to our AI provider to generate a response, scoped to the matter you are working in. This processing is limited to delivering the requested output and is subject to the boundaries and usage limits described in our security overview.

4. Service providers

We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf to run the Service — including hosting and edge infrastructure, database and storage, payments, email and SMS delivery, scheduling, identity, error monitoring, and analytics. These providers are bound to use the information only to provide their services to us. A current subprocessor list is available on request.

5. Legal disclosures

We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our customers, the public, or Pcnaid.

6. Data retention

We retain account and customer content for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, subject to legal-hold and backup cycles. You can export or request deletion of your data as described in the product or by contacting us.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including per-tenant isolation, encrypted transport, access controls, and audit logging. See our security overview for specifics. No system is perfectly secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. For customer content held on behalf of a firm, we will refer your request to that firm. To exercise a right regarding information we control, contact us using the details below.

9. International transfers

We operate on a global edge network, and information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy and will post the updated version with a new “last updated” date. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice.

12. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact support@pcnaid.com.
